Shipment Policies

• We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
• We do not send orders to P.O.Boxes, only to physical addresses.
• We will ship your order within 48 hours (weekends excluded)
• If additional information is required to process your order, please, allow 24 hours to update this information with our billing department.
• If the information regarding invoicing and shipping address is incomplete, please, allow our billing department 24 hours to update the information.
• Orders for more than 120 pills will be shipped in different shipments and will not arrive on the same day.
• We do not ship to Hong Kong and high risk countries, such as Ghana, Nigeria, Indonesia, Yugoslavia, Lithuania, Egypt, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Russia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Ukraine, Guam, Namibia, Thailand, El Salvador, Cambodia, Oman, Morocco, Congo, Laos, Ethiopia, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Gabon, Gambia, Nepal, Palau, Senegal, Malawi, Angola, Algeria, Afghanistan, Belarus, Haiti, Kenya, Nicaragua, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Sudan, Sierra Leone, Slovenia and Rwanda.
• If your order does not arrive within 30 days from the date it was shipped, we will send you another shipment at not cost, only when the address is correct.

Wrong Addresses

Please, make sure the address on your order is correct. We highly recommend you to verify your order and shipping address before placing it. Any error will not guarantee the delivery of your product, and the product will not be sent back to the sender. Delivery again will be at your expense. If you noted there is a mistake on the address after you have placed it, please contact us within 12 hours via email or live chat.

Package

In order to protect your privacy and security, your medication is discrete packed. We do not send the marketing package and invoice, only the tablets.
